Milbank Global Capital Markets partner James Grandolfo will co-chair PLI’s Seventh Annual Institute on Corporate & Securities Law in Hong Kong, taking place May 23 and 24, 2019. Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance partner David Zemans, who is Managing Partner of Milbank’s Asia Practice and Singapore office, will be a panelist. The program will cover M&A, South and Southeast Asian capital markets, private equity, regulatory and enforcement issues impacting Asia, insolvency and restructuring case studies and a number of other topics. Panelists will provide timely, practical guidance on issues facing corporate and securities law practitioners in Asia.
Mr. Grandolfo will moderate a panel on US regulatory developments impacting Asia. Mr. Zemans’ panel will discuss a case study on restructuring and insolvency issues, including insights on cases in India and China as well as a regional update.
Corporate and securities law practitioners, including law firm and in-house counsel, financial and compliance officers, banking, accounting and government agency professionals are expected to attend.
