Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Viren Mascarenhas will moderate a panel at the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution’s (CPR) Annual Meeting on March 1, 2023 in New Orleans. The panel, titled “Next Frontiers in Energy,” will focus on the ways the energy market is growing outside of the traditional players with the growth of electric vehicles, hydrogen battery operated vehicles, and LNG-to-power solutions. The panelists will discuss the incentives that are being put in place to encourage these new frontiers and the types of disputes that may arise.
