Milbank LLP partner Tom Canning, a member of the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Group and co-managing partner of its London office, spoke on a “Year in Review” panel at the Global Arbitration Review’s GAR Live: Energy Disputes 2023 Conference on July 6 in London.
Mr. Canning was joined by panelists from Cepsa, FTI Consulting and Quadrant Chambers for a recap of the key developments of 2022-2023, including gas and oil disputes, force majeure and hardship issues, and mediation trends.
