Milbank Partner Joel I. Krasnow to Speak at the District of Delaware Bench and Bar Conference

On May 3, 2018, Joel I. Krasnow, a partner in Milbank's Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits group, will speak on a panel titled “Bankruptcy/Employment: Intersection of Bankruptcy and Employment: Hot Issues” at the District of Delaware Bench and Bar Conference in Wilmington. Other panelists include two prominent Delaware bankruptcy judges.

The two-day program will include several sessions of interest, as well as smaller sessions focusing on bankruptcy, criminal, employment and intellectual property topics. The conference is hosted by the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
