Milbank LLP Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits partner Joel I. Krasnow will speak on the “Insights into Troubled Companies Returning to Solvency” panel at Practising Law Institute’s “Cool Compensation Considerations for the Private Company 2023: Pay, Performance, and Perspectives” program on April 27.
The session will examine compensation issues associated with troubled companies and the effort to align individual performance with a return to solvency. The panel will enable participants to better describe legal issues associated with promoting and retaining turnaround management for troubled companies returning to solvency, illustrate incentive techniques for interim managers who may only stay as long as it takes to achieve the turnaround, and identify design, implementation and communication issues.
PLI’s “Cool Compensation Considerations for the Private Company 2023: Pay, Performance, and Perspectives” program is specifically designed to bring leading experts to discuss cutting edge advanced developments on compensation and other “reward” practices for the non-publicly traded company.
The program will be offered in-person in New York City and virtually. To learn more about PLI’s “Cool Compensation Considerations for the Private Company 2023: Pay, Performance, and Perspectives” program, click here.
