Joel I. Krasnow, a partner in Milbank's Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits group, will speak on a panel titled “Turning Heads and Turnarounds: A Review of Private Company Compensatory Trends Generally and Insights into Troubled Companies Returning to Solvency” in connection with Practising Law Institute’s program, “Cool Compensation Considerations for the Private Company 2019: Pay, Performance and Perspectives”.
The panel will discuss the following topics:
