On October 16, 2015, Global Head of Litigation George Canellos will moderate a panel titled “Enforcement Update: Priorities and Recent Enforcement Activities” at the New York City Bar Association’s 4th Annual Securities Litigation and Enforcement Institute. The full-day program will provide a comprehensive overview of recent trends, developments and cutting-edge issues in securities litigation and enforcement. The keynote speaker will be Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons, Jr., of the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer, US District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York. The panels will include prominent securities litigators, high-level enforcement officials, senior in-house counsel at major financial institutions and corporations, law professors, and economists.
