Milbank Litigation partner Antonia Apps will speak at the American Bar Association’s 31st Annual National Institute of White Collar Crime in Miami Beach, Florida. She will be speaking on a panel titled “Insecurity in Securities Law” on Thursday, March 9, 2017. The panel will discuss the changing securities practice and the potential course of future prosecutions in the midst of the much anticipated decision in Salman v. United States, which is the first insider trading case to hit the Supreme Court in twenty years.
