Milbank LLP has advised Stirling Square Capital Partners on the sale of Outcomes First Group (“OFG”) to The Rise Fund, TPG’s multi-sector global impact investing strategy. Operating high quality schools serving over 3,000 students, OFG is a provider of best-in-class education to young people and adults with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex Special Education Needs.
The firm acted as lead counsel on all aspects of the sale.
