Primary Focus & Experience
Aoibheann's practice focuses on corporate aspects of private equity transactions. Aoibheann has experience advising on various forms of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts (primary and secondary) and portfolio company bolt-on acquisitions.
Aoibheann has recently represented:
- Charterhouse Capital Partners on the sale of SLR Consulting to Ares*
- A&M Capital Europe on its acquisition of Pet Network International*
- ICG on its acquisition of Kee Safety Group*
- Compleat Food Group, a portfolio company of PAI Partners, on its acquisition of Wrights Food Group*
