Jordan Simpson serves as London Practice Group Leader of Milbank’s Global Corporate/M&A Group and also as Co-Head of the firm’s Global Private Equity practice.

Primary Focus & Experience

Widely recognised as a leading private equity M&A lawyer, Jordan represents a broad range of private equity firms, financial sponsors and other stakeholders on complex transactional matters – from private acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, club deals, joint ventures, minority investing, hybrid products and growth equity, through to full, partial, and staged exits. Regularly advising clients across sectors and geographies, Jordan also has extensive experience of intricate carve-outs, corporate reorganisations, restructurings, stressed and distressed investing, and the application of schemes of arrangement in a private equity setting.
