ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, one of Germany’s largest media groups, has announced that it has acquired eHarmony, Inc., the California-based online matchmaking platform, via its e-commerce platform NuCom Group and its portfolio company, PARSHIP ELITE Group.
Milbank LLP advised ProSiebenSat.1 and NuCom Group in the acquisition.
The Milbank team was led by Corporate partners Deborah Conrad and Martin Erhardt and associates Natalie Chitayat, Kimberly Covington and Alexandra Singer.
