Milbank Advises on Avanti Communications US$370M Bond Issue

The international law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP advised Avanti Communications Group, a satellite data communications company, on its initial bond offering of US$370M Senior Secured Notes due 2019. Avanti will use the net proceeds of the offering primarily to refinance existing debt facilities.

The Milbank team was led by Global Securities partner Tim Peterson (London) and Global Transportation & Space partner Dara Panahy (Washington DC).
