Benjamin Miles

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Miles’ practice centers on representing investment banks and other financial institutions in securities and leveraged finance transactions. He has experience representing underwriters and initial purchasers in public and private high yield bond offerings, investment grade bond offerings, equity offerings and other securities transactions. In addition, he has experience representing investment banks and other lenders in leveraged finance transactions, acquisition financings, including leveraged buyout and investment grade acquisition financings, as well as best efforts bank loan financings.

Mr. Miles has completed secondments at two leading investment banks during which time he worked on leveraged and investment grade bank and bond financings.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Mr. Miles earned his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where he was a notes editor for the Journal of Law & Liberty. He received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
