Milbank LLP represented the arrangers and the initial purchasers in connection with the loan and bond financings of Carlyle’s acquisition of BASF’s automotive OEM coatings, automotive refinish coatings and surface treatment businesses (BASF Coatings) (now operating as Surventis).
