Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Stern’s practice focuses on representing investment banks and direct lenders in a broad range of syndicated and private leveraged finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition financings; leveraged recapitalizations and refinancings; bridge, mezzanine, holdco and preferred equity financings; and debt restructurings. Mr. Stern also represents lenders in various financings for insurance companies.
