Milbank LLP advised Midcap Financial on the financing for Capitol Meridian Partners’ strategic investment in RH Aero Systems (“RH Aero”). The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.
RH Aero is an aviation support equipment solutions provider serving OEMs, airlines, MROs, military operators and power generation customers worldwide, offering OEM-licensed and approved support equipment coverage across Airbus, Boeing, CFM, GE Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce and Safran platforms.
