Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Rutcofsky represents banks and other financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions. Her experience includes acquisition financings, first and second lien financings, loan commitments, refinancing transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Rutcofsky earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served on the Executive Board of the NYU Journal of Law & Business and was the recipient of the NYU Pollack Center for Law & Business Award for Journal Achievement. Ms. Rutcofsky received her B.A., cum laude, from Tufts University.
