Milbank LLP advised digital sports entertainment and gaming company DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) in connection with its acquisition of Railbird Technologies Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Railbird Exchange, LLC, a federally licensed exchange designated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Milbank served as regulatory legal counsel to DraftKings.
