Katherine Kelly Fell is an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Fell’s practice includes complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, private and regulatory antitrust matters, regulatory investigations, and internal investigations. She has represented clients across a broad variety of industries, including in the fields of finance, media and entertainment, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Milbank, Ms. Fell practiced in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Fell received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and her B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Fell maintains an active pro bono practice and received The Legal Aid Society’s Pro Bono Publico Award for outstanding public service by an individual lawyer in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
