Milbank LLP advised AMSURG, a national leader in the development, management and operation of ambulatory surgery centers, in connection with its acquisition by Ascension, one of the nation’s leading Catholic and non-profit health systems.
This transformative acquisition adds more than 300 ambulatory surgery centers to Ascension’s nationwide network, significantly expanding its ability to deliver high-quality care in community-based settings.
