Mr. Mascarenhas specializes in international arbitration (including commercial, construction and investment arbitration) as well as US litigation with an international component, such as enforcing foreign arbitral awards and judgments in US courts. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and teaches international arbitration at Columbia Law School.
