Milbank partner Jacqueline Chan spoke on a panel at the United Kingdom Singapore Law Students’ Society’s 14th Singapore Legal Forum 2021 Corporate Panel on August 21.
Ms. Chan shared her insights with law school students and prospective lawyers on the role of corporate legal practitioners in private practice at international law firms and discussed career trajectories and opportunities for students and lawyers in the current industry environment.
The United Kingdom Singapore Law Students’ Society, established under the auspices of the Government of Singapore and Contact Singapore, United Kingdom, is the umbrella organization for Singaporeans studying law in the UK and through career-related events and publications allows its members opportunities to critically engage with Singapore and the UK legal developments.
