Milbank Chairman and Litigation & Arbitration partner Scott A. Edelman, Global Head of Milbank’s Litigation & Arbitration Group George S. Canellos and Litigation & Arbitration Group partner Antonia M. Apps have been recognized by Euromoney’s Legal Media Group in its Expert Guides: White Collar Crime 2021.

The 2021 edition of White Collar Crime recognizes the world’s leading white collar crime lawyers who focus their practice on asset recovery, cybercrime, fraud/bribery, corruption, money laundering, regulatory and government investigations. The selection process is based on extensive peer review research involving the surveying of thousands of in-house counsel and private practice practitioners worldwide. Fewer than 400 US-based lawyers were recognized as leaders in the field and named in the Guide.

Notably, Mr. Edelman has earned the recognition of being among the best litigators and corporate advisers in the nation. He is also the only New York-based attorney ranked in the Chambers USA guide to America’s leading lawyers in business for Securities Litigation, General Commercial Litigation as well as White Collar Crime and Government Investigations.

Mr. Canellos, who is an active speaker, writer and commentator on securities laws and policies, is ranked in Band 1 by Chambers USA for both White Collar Crime and National Securities Enforcement. He was named to Benchmark Litigation’s list of America’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers in 2021.

Ms. Apps, a former federal prosecutor and nationally recognized trial attorney, has been ranked in Chambers USA, and named to Lawdragon’s list of 500 Leading Lawyers in America each year since 2014. Ms. Apps was also named a 2020 Litigation Trailblazer by The National Law Journal, which recognizes lawyers who have made significant impact on legal practice, policy or technological advancements.
