Qualifications: Associate with 2 to 4 years of finance experience, such as drafting and negotiating credit agreements, indentures and intercreditor arrangements for borrowers or lenders, to work in our Los Angeles office. Admission to the California Bar preferred, alternatively admitted to New York Bar.
