Rosaline Yusman

Primary Focus & Experience

Rosaline focuses her practice on project finance. She has acted for both borrowers and lenders on a range of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Rosaline is experienced in numerous major power, infrastructure and energy projects and has extensive experience involving major regional export credit agencies and development finance institutions on complex project financing transactions in the region. She also has particular expertise advising borrowers, lenders, sponsors and investors on the development, financing and commercialization of digital infrastructure assets across Asia, including GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), AI compute infrastructure and hyperscale data center projects.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Rosaline is recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific as an “Up and Coming” lawyer in Projects & Infrastructure and was named to the Asian Legal Business ‘40 Under 40’ 2026 list, which highlights lawyers who have made a significant impact on the legal profession and the markets in which they operate. She was also recognized as a 2023 Singapore “Rising Star” by Asian Legal Business and by IFLR in its 2022 Rising Stars Awards Asia-Pacific for her expertise in Energy, Natural Resources, & Mining.

Rosaline earned a double degree in Law (First Class Honours) and Commerce (Economics) from the University of Sydney. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York and New South Wales, Australia. She is a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker and reads and writes Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
