Rosaline focuses on complex project finance matters, advising both borrowers and lenders on major power, energy, and infrastructure projects across Asia and beyond. She regularly works with export credit agencies and development finance institutions. She has extensive expertise advising borrowers, lenders, sponsors and investors on the development, financing and commercialization of digital infrastructure assets across Asia, including GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), AI compute infrastructure and hyperscale data center projects.
She has played key roles on numerous high-profile, award-winning transactions, including the Monsoon 600 MW wind project; GIP’s and CP Group’s US$560 million financing of a greenfield hyperscale data center in Thailand; Yondr Group’s US$900 million project financing for its Johor hyperscale data center campus; Digital Edge and B.Grimm Power’s US$880 million sustainability-linked green loan for a data center project in Thailand; Star Energy Geothermal’s financing of the capacity expansion of the Wayang Windu, Salak, and Darajat geothermal projects in Indonesia; the US$1.5 billion financing of AdaniConneX’s portfolio of hyperscale data centers in India; and the financing of Project Gotham, a hyperscale data center in West Java, Indonesia, among many other landmark transactions.
Rosaline is recognized for projects, infrastructure, and energy by leading legal directories, including Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500 Asia Pacific. She was also recognized in the 2023 ALB Singapore Rising Star list and the IFLR 2022 Rising Stars Awards.
