Rosaline Yusman

Primary Focus & Experience

Rosaline focuses her practice on project finance. She has acted for both borrowers and lenders on a range of project finance and general corporate financing transactions. Prior to joining Milbank, Rosaline worked for a leading law firm in Australia.

Rosaline is experienced in numerous major power and energy projects and has extensive experience involving major regional export credit agencies and development finance institutions on complex project financing transactions in the region.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Rosaline was named a 2023 Singapore “Rising Star” by Asian Legal Business (ALB). She was also recognised by IFLR in its 2022 Rising Stars Awards Asia-Pacific for her expertise in Energy, Natural Resources, & Mining. Rosaline earned a double degree in Law (First Class Honours) and Commerce (Economics) from the University of Sydney. She is admitted to practice in the state of New York and New South Wales, Australia. She is a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker and reads and writes Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
