Zoe's experience includes the representation of:
- MUFG Bank, Ltd. in connection with an approximately $206 million financing for the development, construction, operation and maintenance of a portfolio of 65 distributed generation photovoltaic solar and battery energy storage projects located in California and Illinois, totaling approximately 59.01 MW.
- Google in connection with multiple investments throughout the energy sector.
- Blackstone Credit & Insurance, as leader of an investor consortium consisting of Global Atlantic, Apollo-managed funds and Private Credit at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, in connection with a $7 billion equity investment to fund the development, construction and operation of Sempra Infrastructure Partners’ Port Arthur LNG Phase 2.
- Oak Hill Advisors in connection with arranging the out-of-court restructuring and recapitalization of the Cricket Valley Energy Center, a 1,171 MW natural gas power generation facility in Dutchess County, New York.
- The lenders in connection with the financing of the Lancium Clean Campus, a project comprised of eight data center buildings with the aggregate capacity of 1,200MW and related substation.
- The equity investor in connection with its investment in a low-carbon cement facility under development in Utah.
- The lenders managed by Macquarie Asset Management in connection a warehouse credit facility to US Solar to enable US Solar to continue to develop its portfolio of existing community solar projects, and to progress its utility scale portfolio of assets.
