Primary Focus & Experience

Terrence has extensive experience advising issuers and underwriters in a variety of debt and equity capital markets transactions, including high-yield bonds, investment grade and sovereign bonds, initial public offerings, rights issuances and share placements. In the M&A and private equity space, Terrence regularly advises companies, investment banks and investment funds on their acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, pre-IPO financings, going-private transactions, PIPEs, restructurings and other general corporate matters. His experience spans diverse sectors and industries, including technology, media, telecommunications, real estate, banking, financial services, healthcare, consumer products, natural resources and energy. Terrence has particular in-depth experience advising on matters in the Southeast Asian and Chinese markets.

Prior to joining Milbank, Terrence worked as counsel in the Singapore office of a highly-respected US law firm and prior to that as counsel in the New York and Hong Kong offices of another leading international law firm. Terrence is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
