Michael is an associate in the London office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Group. Beginning his training contract at the firm in 2016, Michael has experienced a broad range of transactional and contentious practice areas, including Aviation Finance; Projects, Energy and Infrastructure; Commercial Outsourcing & Technology; and Litigation & Arbitration. Michael has experience in complex commercial disputes in the English Courts and financial regulatory investigations.

His key experience includes:
- Acting for a technology and outsourcing service provider in relation to a dispute arising out of a master service agreement.
- Acting for a US satellite operator in English High Court proceedings concerning a USD 80 million dispute over the provision of satellite services in Pakistan.
- Assisting a state in resisting an ICSID Award in the High Court.
- Advising large multinational corporations on the structuring of their litigation funding arrangements.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Michael co-authored a chapter in “Getting the Deal Through: Electricity Regulation 2019”.
