He advises leading private equity houses, financial institutions, direct lenders and corporate institutions on domestic as well as cross-border transactions, including acquisition finance, secured and unsecured bank lending and syndicated loans.
Recognition & Accomplishments
He studied law at the University of Augsburg. As part of his training, he gained practical experience at international law firms. Marlon Kiechl is admitted to the German bar and speaks both German and English.
