Primary Focus & Experience
Lauren trained at Milbank, gaining exposure to a range of the firm’s transactional areas including Leveraged Finance, Transportation & Space and Corporate, before qualifying into the Alternative Investments Group. The Group is active in a full range of structured financings, hybrid structured/leveraged credit facilities and complex securitisation transactions; Lauren is now developing a broad practice spanning securitisations across multiple asset classes, including CLOs, derivatives and regulatory work.
