Milbank Advises Joint Lead Managers on BDO Unibank's $500M Senior Notes Offering

Milbank LLP advised Standard Chartered, MUFG and Wells Fargo, as joint bookrunners and lead managers, in connection with the issuance of $500 million 4.375% five-year senior notes by BDO Unibank, Inc. ("BDO").

The Hong Kong-based Milbank deal team was led by Paul Pery and included Corporate Finance and Securities associate Ari Singzon. Alternative Investments partner James Warbey and Alternative Investments associate Lauren Beattie also assisted from London.
