Joshua Forman

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Forman represents financial institutions, alternative lending platforms, aircraft leasing companies, equity investors and airlines across the full lifecycle of aircraft financings. His practice spans structured finance, capital markets, secured lending, restructurings, and portfolio financings, with particular depth in designing and implementing novel finance and leasing platforms for aircraft leasing companies, private equity sponsors and alternative lenders.

Mr. Forman regularly advises on domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset portfolio sales, operating leases, securitizations, and structured financings. His extensive capital markets work encompasses public offerings and private placements of equipment notes, EETCs and ABS, as well as securitizations of aircraft- and engine-secured loans and aircraft leases.

Additionally, Mr. Forman represents lenders in fund finance transactions involving business development companies and financings for asset management companies and related structures. Recognition & Accomplishments

Mr. Forman earned his J.D. from Georgetown Law School, magna cum laude, and received his B.S. from Duke University.
