Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Talel’s practice focuses on the representation of lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including institutional purchasers of privately placed debt securities. Recent areas of particular focus include alternative asset manager financing solutions and structured transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Talel received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham Law School where she was a member of the Urban Law Journal and the Moot Court Board.
