Ms. Li’s practice focuses on the representation of lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions and debt restructurings.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Li earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to joining Milbank, Ms. Li represented commercial real estate lenders and developers in connection with joint ventures, acquisition and construction lending.
Ms. Li is fluent in Mandarin.
