Hannah’s practice focusses on corporate aspects of private equity transactions. Hannah has experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acting for financial sponsors, corporates and portfolio companies on a variety of acquisitions, disposals and general corporate matters.

Hannah has recently represented:

• Investindustrial on its investment in Atida*
• VetPartners on its CMA-related divestment of a number of veterinary practices*
• Account Technologies on the sale of a minority interest to Atalaya Capital*
• AccountScore on its sale to Equifax*
• Tunstall Group on various fundraising and shareholder matters*
