Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Webster represents banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions, with a focus on acquisition financings. Her experience includes first and second lien financings, unitranche financings, loan commitments, bridge financings, preferred equity issuances, recapitalizations, refinancing transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Ms. Webster received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served on the board of editors of the Columbia Business Law Review.
