Chris Kedward is an associate in the London office of Milbank LLP and a member of the Alternative Investments Practice.
Primary Focus & Experience
Chris trained at Milbank, gaining exposure to a range of transactional practice areas, including in Project Finance and Asset Finance. He is now developing a broad structured finance practice spanning securitisations across multiple asset classes, including CLOs, derivatives and regulatory work. Chris studied securitisation regulation at university and has experience working in structured credit at a major investment bank.
