Tom St. Henry is an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. St. Henry’s practice focuses on advising creditor groups, companies, sponsors, distressed investment funds, and other stakeholders in out-of-court restructurings and chapter 11 cases. His previous representations have ranged across multiple industries, including, among others, financial services, oil and gas, renewable energy, and TMT.

Mr. St. Henry received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.
