Antonio has experience acting on a broad range of corporate finance matters, with specific experience in cross-border securities offerings across a variety of sectors and jurisdictions. His practice is focused on international capital markets and finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on high yield and investment grade debt issuances, including in relation to liability management exercises, and equity capital markets offerings. Antonio advises and represents issuers, sponsors and underwriters.

- The note purchasers in connection with Grifols, S.A.’s private placement of €1.3 billion senior secured notes.
- The initial purchasers in connection with Omnia Della Toffola S.p.A.’s (i) debut offering of €500 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2031 and (ii) tap offering of €500 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2031.
- An ad hoc committee of noteholders of Standard Profil GmbH’s €275 million senior secured notes originally due 2026 on the comprehensive financial restructuring of the Standard Profil Group.
- The financial advisor on the successful consent solicitation and exchange offer relating to the amendment and extension of Graanul Invest’s €250 million floating rate sustainability-linked senior secured notes due 2026 and €380 million sustainability-linked senior secured notes.
- The underwriters in connection with NatWest Group plc’s offering of $1.25 billion 4.983% senior callable fixed-to-fixed reset rate notes due 2032.
- The dealers in connection with NatWest Markets Plc’s offering of $1.2 billion 4.654% senior notes due 2029, $750 million 4.893% senior notes due 2031 and $350 million floating rate senior notes due 2029 under the issuer’s $20 billion US Medium-Term Note Programme.
