Milbank LLP has advised the underwriters, led by NatWest Markets Securities Inc., in connection with NatWest Group plc’s offering of $750 million fixed-to-fixed reset rate subordinated Tier 2 notes due 2047. The underwriters also included Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC, UBS Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and CIBC World Markets Corp.
NatWest Group is the largest business and commercial bank in the UK, with a leading retail business.
