Andrew Gibb

Primary Focus & Experience

Andrew has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure projects and project financings. He has advised lenders, export credit agencies, multi-lateral institutions, government agencies and developers on transactions in a broad range of countries and sectors, including power/renewables, oil and gas, mining, LNG, transport and other infrastructure. He has significant experience advising on project structuring, risk analysis and infrastructure regulation, and negotiating a broad range of finance and project agreements.

Prior to joining Milbank, Andrew worked as a solicitor in London and Sydney focusing on Energy & Infrastructure.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Andrew received his M.A. degree (1^st Class Honors) from Edinburgh University and his LL.B degree (1^st Class Honors) from Australian National University. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
