Alex has experience acting on a broad range of banking and finance transactions for lenders and sponsors/borrowers, with a particular emphasis on leveraged acquisitions. His practice is focused on structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex financing transactions, including asset-based, recurring-revenue, unitranche, first-lien, second-lien, and high-yield transaction structures in Europe, the United States, and elsewhere.
