Milbank Structured Finance partner Sean M. Solis will be speaking at the Creditflux CLO Investor Summit on November 5 in New York. As part of the panel titled “Dispatches from the CLO trenches,” Mr. Solis will discuss new features that are making it to the table and items that investors are pushing back on in the docs recently.
The Creditflux CLO Investor Summit is an annual conference for the CLO community with a focus on the asset class, including deep-dives into new CLO structures and relative value. This year’s conference will include new sessions focused not on CLOs themselves but on the structured credit funds the buy them.
