Milbank Derivatives partner John Williams will be speaking on a panel titled “CCP Risk” at FIA’s virtual Law & Compliance Division Conference on October 8, 2020. The panelists will discuss CCP risk management issues, including the CCP risk whitepaper, as well as newly finalized amendments to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Part 39 regulations.
The annual three-day conference provides a forum to learn and discuss the legal and regulatory issues impacting the derivatives industry, and explores recent legal and regulatory precedents affecting the futures, options and centrally cleared derivatives markets.
