Milbank Financial Restructuring Partner Evan Fleck will speak on a panel titled “Dealing with Difficult Clients and Counsel” at the 2019 Delaware Views from the Bench program held by the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Delaware State Bar Association on October 17 in Wilmington, Delaware.
