Financial Restructuring partner Dennis Dunne will moderate a panel at the ABI’s 17th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference on Thursday, May 14th at the New York Hilton Midtown. The panel, entitled “Momentive Deconstructed,” will analyze the many aspects of the important bankruptcy court decision in the Momentive case.
