Milbank Transportation and Space partner Dara Panahy will be speaking on a panel titled “Shifting M&A Dynamics and the Outlook for Consolidation” at the Connectivity Business Investment Conference in Chicago on June 20, 2018. The panelists will discuss recent M&A activity, review the basis for past and future consolidation, and debate the characteristics that may shape deal activity in upcoming quarters. The session will also cover valuation trends, take-over premiums, and the environment for antitrust/competition reviews, and panelists will cover the methods in which M&A may advance opportunities for software-driven value creation and vertical application growth in 5G, mobility, content, wireless broadband, and other connectivity markets.
The conference is focused on critical financial and business issues impacting the global connectivity industry and will explore opportunities in the private and public equity and debt capital markets for investment.
